Holyoke Community College #TogetherHCC: Drive to Change Lives

When
Mar 4th, 2026
All Day

On March 4, join hundreds of alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends as we come together for #TogetherHCC: Drive to Change Lives—our sixth annual giving day celebrating the transformative power of the people who make Holyoke Community College thrive.

Donations can be made through a secure portal on the HCC website: hcc.edu/drive

The campaign supports five critical areas: academic excellence and innovation; scholarships; the Thrive Student Resource Center and Food Pantry; the President’s Student Emergency Fund; the President’s Fund for Opportunity; and the HCC Foundation’s general fund.

For every person who donates for the first time, Gary Rome will contribute an additional $50. Rome owns Gary Rome Hyundai and is a member of HCC’s Foundation Board of Directors.

Additionally, longtime supporters Peg Wendlandt ’58 and Gary Wendlandt will provide $100,000 in challenge gifts throughout the day. Alumni Myke Connolly ’04 and Dylan Pilon ’12 are both challenging alumni to make a gift, giving $10 each for every alum who makes a gift for #TogetherHCC. Total matching funds available exceed $125,000.
