Wash Works Laundromat will provide free self-serve laundry to Veterans and active-duty service members on Veterans Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM at 169 Hancock St in Springfield. Each eligible guest will receive up to 80 pounds of complimentary self-serve laundry, first-come, first-served, with military/Veteran ID, DD214, VA card, or equivalent.

“This day is about respect in action,” said Alex Bloom, owner of Wash Works. “Laundry is essential and can be expensive for families. If offering free laundry saves a Veteran time, money, and stress—even for a day—we’re honored to do it.”
