Bacon strips, warm pretzel with horseradish cheddar and bacon fondue, bacon ranch pierogies, teriyaki oink meatballs, fried pickles with bacon cheese dip, bacon garlic tempura chicken, scallops wrapped in bacon with sriracha glaze, pepperoni sausage pizza stuffed mushrooms
Entrees:
Station 1: Mac n’ cheese with BBQ pulled pork, Rigatoni Amatriciana (bacon, pancetta, onion and red sauce)
Station 2: Hot honey baked chicken with flash fried kale, pork schnitzel with mushroom wine gravy and butter noodles
Station 3: Southwest Texas tacos, chipotle spiced pork with street corn, herb sour cream, red beans and rice
Station 4: Cider house brined pork loin, focaccia rolls and butter
