Rock 102’s Pro Picks Pool contest is an online contest that will occur from August 25, 202 until the completion of the NFL season on Sunday, January 4, 2026 in which one entrant will win a $50 gift certificate to Vanished Valley Brewing Company, 782 Center St in Ludlow, MA, each week of the 18 weeks of the NFL regular season. One entrant will win a $500 Visa Gift Card after the conclusion of all 18 weeks of the NFL regular season as the local grand prize winner. The weekly qualifying prize has a retail value of $50 and the end of season grand prize has a cash value of $500. How to Enter:

Patrons may enter the contest online at Rock102.com by completely filling out the entry form on the contest page to create a contest user profile. Then, fill in the weekly entry form by selecting the outcome of each NFL game. All games will use a rolling lock system which will allow players to make picks up to approximately 15 minutes prior to the official kick-off time of each game.  Any selections submitted after the deadlines are considered invalid, and no points will be awarded. All times displayed on the schedule are Eastern. You may change your pick for any game up until the time that game is locked. Entries must be completed on time. Once a game is locked, you may not change your pick for it. If you did not make a pick for a particular game, it is counted as a loss. If you submit a partial entry and either forget or are unable to complete it, the games you did not pick will count as losses. After each week, the local entrant who made the most correct match up picks will win the local weekly prize. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing for the weekly prize. At the completion of the 2025-2026 NFL Season, the local entrant who scored the most overall points will win the local grand prize. In the event of a tie, there will be a random drawing amongst all tied entrants for the grand prize. Multiple entries by an individual will disqualify all entries by that individual. All local prize winners will be contacted the business day after the NFL week concludes. The local Grand Prize winner will be contacted on Monday, January 5, 2025. Entrants must include all required registration information to register and agree to terms for Audience and the national Audience Pro Football Challenge rules.

Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named. Contest participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts as they may be delayed from the on-air broadcasts. Pro Football Challenge 2025 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Game May Not Be Used To Conduct, Advertise Or Promote Any Form Of Gambling.

1. Promotional Period:The Game Period begins at the kickoff of the first 2025-26 regular season pro football game scheduled to take place on Thursday, September 4th, 2025  and ends with the completion of the regular season on Sunday, January 4th, 2026. Exact dates and times are subject to change. Entrants may register for this promotion and begin making their winning team choices at 12am Eastern time on 8/18/2025. The ability to pick a winner for each regular season game will cease at approximately 15 minutes before the kickoff of each individual game.

• Eligibility: The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the U.S., 18 years of age or older, 19 years of age or older in AL, DE, and NE, and 21 years of age or older in MS, except employees of Audience, Participating Stations and other Sponsors (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”), other television or radio stations located in the same market as a Participating Station, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising or promotion partners (if any), and members of their immediate families or persons living in the same household.  This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2.     The Pro Football Challengemay be conducted under various names by participating stations and entities.
3. Entry Method: To enter this promotion, visit this station’s website for registration, game play, and the terms and conditions. Fill in the entry form by selecting the outcome of each game. Each correct pick will be worth 1 point. The player that earns the most points each week will be the weekly winner. The player that earns the most points during the season will be the season winner.  Any incorrect entries will receive 0 points. The  maximum point total for correctly determining the winning team in every game played during the designated season is 272. The maximum point total for each week is up to 16 points, depending on the number of teams with a bye that week. In case of a tie refer to the tiebreaker rules below.

• Weekly tiebreaker #2 – A Player’s predicted Tiebreaker Game score is compared to the actual Tiebreaker Game. The differences between the predicted scores and actual scores for each team are added. The entry with the smallest total difference is considered the winning entry.
• Weekly tiebreaker #3 – A random draw between all remaining Entrants to determine the winner. In all cases, an entry that does not win a tiebreaker is eliminated from consideration.
• Each week you will be asked to predict the score, of one or more game(s). The difference between the tiebreaker scores you choose each week and the actual final tie breaker game scores will be subtracted from 100 possible points, each week. The closer your picks are to the actual final scores, fewer points will be subtracted from the 100 possible points, each week, for each designated tiebreaker game. If weekly prizes are being given away and any ties exist, the best weekly tiebreaker score will be used to break any weekly ties. In case of any ties at the end of the season, the best overall cumulative tiebreaker score will be used to decide the Grand Prizer Winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification:

• Winner will be selected from among all eligible entries based on the picks made following the day on which the Season ends.
• Prior to awarding a prize, Audience in its sole discretion may require verification of winner’s identification by a showing of valid government-issued photo ID.
• Decisions of Audience, sponsors, and affiliates with respect to winner selection and the awarding of prizes are final and binding when made.

7. Privacy Notice:

• Information you provide in connection with the Contest is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and may be shared with Sponsors.

8. General: 

• Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winner.  Winner must execute and return any required IRS form (including IRS form 1099), affidavit of eligibility, liability and publicity release (where permitted by law), or similar document within ten (10) days of notification or winner may be disqualified in Audience’s sole discretion and the prize will be forfeited.

• that the Federal Arbitration Act applies to this agreement, and if the parties are unable to resolve their dispute amicably, it shall be resolved by means of binding arbitration (not in a court of law);
• that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action (even if the rules and procedures of the arbitration tribunal allow class arbitrations);

All winners will be sent a 1099 MISC federal tax form if in one calendar year the prize value of all prizes won exceeds $600.
7. In the event the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the affairs of the winner (i.e. garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, and the like), ROCK 102 WAQY’s delivery of the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity claiming a right to the prize shall be thus deemed as (ROCK 102 WAQY) awarding the prize to the winner. ROCK 102 WAQY shall be entitled to rely in good faith, upon any documents presented by the representative seeking to collect the prize in lieu of the winner. ROCK 102 WAQY shall not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages incidental thereto.

Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing the picture of the contestant acceptable to ROCK 102 WAQY that will be presented to ROCK 102 WAQY and accepted before the prize is awarded. Winners will be expected to claim prize at the ROCK 102 WAQY studios, 45 Fisher Avenue, East Longmeadow, Massachusetts 01028 , between 12:00pm – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 30 days of being notified that they are winners, unless there is an expiration date on prize, which will be specifically stated.
10. Where the prize(s) consists of paper tickets (“will-call tickets”) the winner will be directed to go to a specified address and retrieve the will-call tickets, and, by entering the contest, the contestant agrees to pick up will-call tickets and sign and deliver to ROCK 102 WAQY a waiver form as directed. Where the prize(s) consists of electronic (digital) concert or event tickets (“e-tickets”), the winner will receive an email from ROCK 102 WAQY with a hyperlink to an electronic waiver form that the winner must sign and return to the ROCK 102 WAQY before the prize will be transferred to the winner. The e-tickets will be transferred to the winner by ROCK 102 WAQY or, in some cases, by a third party (for example, Ticketmaster, Live Nation, etc.) and the winner must check his or her email account for an email or cellular mobile number for a text message from the ticket provider in order to download the e-tickets. Where e-tickets are a prize, as a condition of entering the contest, redeeming and using e-tickets requires the winner (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, Live Nation, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to log into an existing user account or sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including, at a minimum, the winner's first name, last name, valid email address and telephone number. 14. ROCK 102 WAQY reserves the right to amend the rules to any contest at any time. ROCK 102 WAQY's decision is always final. In the event any one of the general contest rules which govern all ROCK 102 WAQY contests contradict with any specific contest term, the specific contest term will control.

    • computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties

    Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this contest or website, or act in violation of the official service, as solely determined by the station, will be disqualified.     ROCK 102 WAQY is not responsible for injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this contest. Should any portion of contest be, in ROCK 102 WAQY’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention (i.e., hackers) or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the station, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this contest, or contest plays, ROCK 102 WAQY reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest.

21. ROCK 102 WAQY has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on prize (if any) are provided only by the manufacturer, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
22. The following are specifically related to E-contests and E-Mail Club promotions on rock102.com:
    1. All appropriate information in required fields must be entered correctly and completely or you will be disqualified.
    2. To win a prize you must reside within the listening area of ROCK 102 WAQY as defined at the exclusive discretion of ROCK 102 WAQY management.
    3. Any problems with the internet or email are not ROCK 102 WAQY’s responsibility.
    4. Contestants who register to participate on our website may be required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before being allowed to participate in the contest.
    5. Due to the nature of our programs that are heard on-line over the internet, contests may not be heard at all on ROCK 102 WAQY. Contests heard on the radio station’s internet audio stream may be slightly delayed from the time the contests are heard on the broadcast station, and will be running behind the broadcast signal. Thus, all contests heard on the internet are delayed. This delay can last for as much as 30 seconds or more. This means that when ROCK 102 WAQY contests are played that require a specific caller to telephone the radio station (such as “Caller number 9 when you hear the sound effect”), listeners to the on-line audio stream may be at a disadvantage in participating over those listeners who hear the contests on-air.
