SALES ASSISTANT (Part-Time)

PART-TIME SALES ASSISTANT

Springfield Rocks Radio (Rock 102 & Lazer 99.3/98.5) is searching for a dependable and detail-oriented individual for our Part-Time Sales Assistant position.

Responsibilities:

Work in collaboration with all facets of the Sales Department: Local Sales, Digital Sales, National Sales, and Research
Enter sales orders/revisions into our system
Provide weekly commercial advertising times to Account Executives/advertisers
Create & distribute presentations/spreadsheets to Sales Management and Account Executives when needed
Work with our Production Department on advertising copy
Work with other sales support personnel when needed
- Support other station departments and station initiatives when needed
- Help with additional projects and duties when needed

Qualifications:

Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn industry software quickly
Two-year degree and prior work experience preferred
