R. Kelly has turned the tables on Benedict Cumberbatch by singing script lines from “Star Trek Into the Darkness” after the actor recited sultry lyrics by the R&B singer on TV last week.

The British actor showed off his reading skills on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” by performing a spoken-word version of R. Kelly’s new track, “Genius.”

The video of Cumberbatch’s dramatic recital has garnered almost 2 million views on YouTube, and now Kelly has got his own back by turning lines uttered by the actor’s character Khan into a new tune. During an appearance on Vh1’s “Big Morning Buzz Live” on Thursday, R. Kelly used his signature smooth voice to recite Cumberbatch’s pivotal line in the “Star Trek” sequel: “John Harrison was a smoke screen to conceal my true identity. My name is Khan.”

The “revenge” is at 4:36 into the interview.
