Pop singer Miley Cyrus and reality TV star Kim Kardashian have been named the worst dressed celebrities of 2013.

The singer earned first place in Time Magazine’s annual countdown for the nude-colored Latex two-piece she worse on stage at the MTV Video Music Awards in September, followed by Kardashian at number two.

Anne Hathaway came in third place, with magazine editors citing the pale pink Prada dress she worse to this year’s Oscars ceremony as her main fashion crime.

Cyrus redeemed herself slightly by earning a mention in the publication’s Best Dressed list, landing the number six spot.

Actress Jennifer Lawrence was named the most stylish star of the year, ahead of British royal Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge and Rihanna in second and third place respectively.
