Jay Sedrish, the executive producer of Allman Brothers biopic “Midnight Rider,” has pleaded not guilty to criminal charges related to the death of camera assistant Sarah Jones on the set of the film.

Jones, 27, was killed in February as she attempted to escape a train while filming on tracks in Georgia.

Sedrish, director Randall Miller and fellow producer Jody Savin have been charged with involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass.

Sedrish, who was also the film’s production manager, has also waived his right for an arraignment.

Miller and Savin pleaded not guilty to the charges against them last month.
